Sound familiar? We get it! We had all of these questions too when we were wedding planning! 

We know that planning the wedding of your dreams can sometimes be downright overwhelming and we genuinely want to help make this process easier for you. Below we have laid out our design process in the hopes of alleviating some of the guess work and stress. 

Leman Floral was born from a love of flowers, design, and the desire to create beautiful floral pieces that reflect the elements of a relationship founded in love.

Hi! We're LEMAN FLORAL and it's lovely to meet you!

Our goal is to create floral arrangements that are just as beautiful and inspiring as the couples they adorn and celebrate. Our dream client is a couple who strives for a successful marriage; a couple that wants a wedding that will celebrate their union and their beautiful commitment to each other.

THE THREE-STEP PROCESS

 

I’m here to make the process of planning your wedding flowers as simple as possible. After the initial inquiry, it only takes three simple steps to add me to your wedding team:

  1. Fill out my questionnaire.

  2. We schedule a consultation.

  3. I create your custom design plan!

 

I know you have gorgeous dreams for your wedding day and we're here to assist you in bringing them to life! At the end of the day, you will be the one whose vision shines in the final designs.

FULL SERVICE PACKAGE PROCESS

STEP  1: CONTACT US

The first step is to get in touch with us! Fill out our contact form and let us know your date, your budget, and what kind of floral services you need. We'll respond within 72 hours (usually faster!) and let you know if we're available on your date.

STEP 2: FILL OUT THE FORM/ OPTIONAL VIDEO-CHAT MEETING

We're available! WOO-HOO! After we confirm that we are available on your event date, we will email you an easy-to-answer form that gives us all we need to know to create a custom proposal just for you! You will answer questions like: what is your color palette, how many bridesmaid bouquets will you need, etc. We also offer a free video-chat consultation if you would like to meet with us before we present your proposal to you (we highly recommend this meeting if you have very specific needs or a custom installation that you would like to include in your proposal).

After you fill out the form, our team will meet and navigate through the details you've given us to create one, cohesive floral design especially for you!  

ALSO >>> We know one of the biggest headaches bride's face is having to keep track of so many vendors! With that in mind we are happy to say that we can also offer paper & invitations, calligraphy, custom tapestries, custom hairpieces, and small tablescape rentals! We would be happy to discuss these options if you are interested and show you samples of any of these in your optional/ free video-chat meeting! 

STEP 3: THE DESIGN PROPOSAL MEETING & CONTRACT SIGNING

This is it! At this meeting we will present to you a custom design proposal that was inspired by you and created by us.  At this meeting we figure out what works and what doesn't; what you simply can't live without and what may not be as crucial. We get the design to a place where we all can leave in excitement and anticipation.  

In order for us to secure your date on our calendar, a 10% deposit is required at the end of this second meeting.  This deposit allows us to commit to you our time as well as allows you to take home all of the images, quotes, and ideas we have prepared for you.  A deposit can be made at a later time, but until then we cannot ensure date availability, and we also have to keep your original design with us. Payments are accepted via cash, checks, & credit/debit cards (a 3% processing fee is applied to all card charges).

 

STEP 4: THE FINAL MEETING - WRAPPING UP THE DETAILS

It's the home stretch! Our final meeting will take place around 45 days prior to your wedding day.  At this meeting we invite you to bring any last minute detail changes that might have occured (adding a boutonniere, guest table count change, photography schedule adjustments, and the like) since the last time we met.  We will also take this time to confirm all logistics, and contacts for the day of your wedding, as well as answer any questions you might have.  We will also go over the remaining balance on your account (due 30 days before your date) and discuss any other details that need attention in order to make your dream wedding a reality.  

STEP 5: ENJOY YOUR WEDDING!

The big day is here and you don't need to worry about a thing. Our team will arrive at the pre-arranged time, set-up your arrangements according to your proposal & layout, and your wedding will go off without a hitch!

A LA CARTE PROCESS

STEP 1: CONTACT US

The first step is to get in touch with us! Fill out our contact form and let us know your date, your budget, and what kind of floral services you need. We'll respond within 72 hours (usually faster!) and let you know if we're available on your date.

STEP 2: LOOK OVER OUR A LA CARTE MEDIA KIT

You will receive an email with a link to download and read over our media kit (that is designed to show you all of your floral options that are included in our A LA CARTE package with pricing and sample images) and order form. Read over all of the info carefully.

STEP 3: PLACE YOUR ORDER ONLINE

Once you have made your selections, you can place your order with us online using our easy to use form. Simply enter how many of each product you would like and hit send!

STEP 4: FINALIZE QUOTE, SIGN CONTRACT, PUT DOWN DEPOSIT

Within 48-72hrs of receiving your order form, LEMAN FLORAL will email you a quote for your wedding flowers based on the details you provided. You can then make any changes you wish. After you approve your order, we will email you an invoice for a non-refundable deposit of 10% of your order, as well as our contract for you to sign. Both are required to reserve your wedding date on our calendar. Your deposit will be applied toward your final balance.

 

STEP 5: FOLLOW UP EMAIL & FINAL PAYMENTS

Approximately 45 days prior to your event, we will reconnect with you to finalize your order. Minor additions, substitutions, and small changes can be made at this time. Final payment is due 30 days prior to your event. You may pay via check or electronic invoice with a credit card. 

STEP 6: PICK UP YOUR FLOWERS & ENJOY
We will have your flowers carefully packaged and ready for you to pick up at the location, date, and time specified on your final order. Celebrate and enjoy!

PHEW! That was a lot, but we feel that the more informed you are then wedding planning becomes less stressful - and that is always our goal! We know this journey can be overwhelming and we are excited to walk along side you to make this special time an exciting one!  We can't wait to meet you and get started!
