We know that planning the wedding of your dreams can sometimes be downright overwhelming and we genuinely want to help make this process easier for you. Below we have laid out a few questions we get asked often in the hopes of alleviating some of the guesswork and stress.

Budget

Can you give send me a price list?


Sorry, but we can't. Each and every wedding couple and celebration is different and that means every arrangement in that wedding will (and should!) be different that any we've done before. Sometimes brides want a lot of lush greenery, and sometimes they want their bouquet packed with blooms. Each is treated as a unique piece with a custom price. Your best bet is just to email us. If our contact form is too intimidating, just shoot us an email at lemanfloral@gmail.com. We don't bite, there are literally no stupid questions, and we truly want to help!




How do I know what I need my budget to be to get the floral pieces I want?


Goshhhh we know this one is hard and we hate that there isn't an easy answer. Honestly, we can't tell you until we know more about your wedding. Do you have a large wedding party? How many tables need arrangements? Are you getting married near a major holiday? All of these questions (and so many more) impact the cost of your big day, which is why we give every event a custom floral proposal. Don't hesitate to ask us a quick question via our contact form or email address. We promise to be honest and as helpful as possible.





Payment

What forms of payment do you accept?


We happily accept cash, checks, and debit/credit cards. Please note that all card payments will be charged a 3% service fee.





Meetings

Do you charge to meet with you?


Our first meeting is always completely free and is always a ton of fun! Every client is given a completely free, initial consultation that gives us all the chance to sit down, chat and get to know each other, while also giving you the chance to share with us your must-haves and your biggest dreams. We'll brainstorm, kick around some ideas, get your wedding details written down, and pour over beautiful inspiration images. We'll offer suggestions and give you an overall picture of what we feel we can bring to the table! (To learn more about our 3 meeting process click here). We'll also give you a general range of what you can expect your flower vision to cost. If after you feel like we're a good fit together, then wonderful! We're thrilled to join your wedding team! You'll put down a $500 deposit that reserves your date with us! Then we'll get to work! We'll put in hours and hours - pouring over all of our inspiration images, consulting with our floral wholesaler for the best blooms for your vision, curating a custom mood board, gathering reference images so you can picture your flowers, and crafting your very own floral proposal. We don't take this job lightly and we'll work our tails off until your proposal perfectly fits your vision and your budget!




I see that you use Google Hangouts for all of your meetings. Is that a free program?


Yes! Google Hangouts is completely free and we love it because we can share our screen with you and even add mom or your maid-of-honor if they want to join in! This way we can all pour over your Pinterest board together and really get inspired!





General

How soon should I book you?


Most of our brides book us 9-12 months in advance once they have their date set. But we've also had some book us as little as 3 months in advance. Basically the sooner the better, but don't hesitate to reach out if you have a short engagement!




Can you recommend a photographer, venue, calligrapher, etc?


Yes, yes, a thousand times yes! We love referring other wonderful wedding vendors that we trust to treat our brides with respect and produce great work!




What is required to book you for our wedding?


A deposit and a signed contract is required to book us for your wedding date. A $500 deposit is put down (usually right after our 1st meeting) and that reserves your date with us! After the second meeting we will both sign a contract agreeing to a custom floral package. Once we have received both the deposit and a signed contract you are officially booked with Leman Floral! What's your Hogwarts house?


Kristen is a sweet Hufflepuff, with a touch of Gryfindor. Willie claims he's a sly Slytherin, but deep down we all know he's a Gryfindor with a bit of Ravenclaw.
